Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits to customer locations for asset verification, effective negotiation, and recovery of outstanding dues.
Manage and resolve legal cases filed against the bank promptly and efficiently to support recovery efforts.
Perform daily customer interactions and visits to build strong relationships, negotiate settlements, and drive collections.
Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of all field visits, customer engagements, recovery actions, and related records.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Legal, Collections, and other teams) to streamline and strengthen the recovery process.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualification: LLB degree (3-year or 5-year integrated course) from a recognized/reputed university.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle diverse customer situations effectively.
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and customer meetings.
Prior experience in asset recovery, collections, legal enforcement, or a related field is highly preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
