Job Summary:
The role involves providing exceptional customer support to global telecom customers via chat. Candidates will handle queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced, non-voice environment. Strong written communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple customer chats concurrently to resolve inquiries.
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and professional responses adhering to etiquette.
  • Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team leads to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (any discipline; B.E./B.Tech/Masters freshers excluded).
  • Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Typing speed: Minimum 25 WPM with accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work rotational shifts.
