Job Description
Sutherland is hiring Freshers and Experienced candidates for an International Non-Voice Process role, handling clients from countries like the U.S., Dubai, etc. The role involves providing product/service support or technical support via non-voice channels such as email, chat, or SMS.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle non-voice customer interactions (email, chat, SMS) for international clients.
- Provide product/service or technical support to resolve customer issues.
- Work in a 24/7 shift environment with rotational week-offs (5 days working per week).
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Eligibility:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 8 months of experience in an international non-voice process (email/chat/SMS).
- Both Undergraduates and Graduates can apply.
- Candidates must reside within a 25 km radius of the office.
- Must be comfortable working from the office (hybrid role).
- Immediate joiners only.
- Ineligibility:
- Out-of-station candidates.
- Candidates pursuing education.
- Candidates unable to attend in-person interviews (no virtual interviews).
