Associate – Retail Process (Amazon)

Job Role** Remote support for sellers’ daily operations:

– Monitor daily metrics & site performance

– Trigger field support, audits & escalations

– Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders

– Roll out new processes & run control centres

Focus: Customer/seller experience + strong ownership

Key Responsibilities

– Remote monitoring via calls, emails & field coordination

– Bridge between sellers/field team & other departments

– Train sellers on SOPs & norms

– Analyze data, create/improve SOPs & processes

– Improve overall seller experience

– Work on weekends (required)

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree (CS / Engineering / Statistics / Quantitative field)

– Good academics: Above 60% throughout

– No active backlogs

– Must know: Excel + SQL

Salary & Benefits

*Base Salary*: ₹3.2 – 5 LPA
