Job Description
Role Overview:
The position involves working in a dynamic, technology-driven environment at Cognizant’s Hyderabad office, focusing on delivering high-quality results for Alphabet’s technical products. Candidates will need to demonstrate quick learning, process compliance, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented culture. The role requires flexibility, including working in shifts (24/7 coverage, including night shifts and public holidays).
Must-Have Skills/Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Educational Background: Minimum Graduate degree in Commerce, Geography, Management, Mathematics, Science, Computers, or Engineering.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0-6 months of experience in similar environments/tech companies.
- Cognitive Abilities: Achieve a cognitive threshold of 1,100 in AMCAT assessments, covering:
- Data Interpretation
- Logical Reasoning
- Quantitative Skills
- Reading Comprehension
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a collaborative culture.
- Technical Proficiency: Technological savviness with the ability to quickly understand Alphabet’s technical products.
- Familiarity with Google Products: Strong knowledge of Google products/software (e.g., Chrome, Docs, Trix, etc.).
- Learning Agility: Quick learning and understanding of complex processes.
- Quality and Compliance: Commitment to delivering high-quality work while ensuring process compliance.
Additional Preferences:
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments.
- Comfortable adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
- Broad understanding of driving laws, lane guidelines, and traffic signals (driving experience is a plus).
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and suggest solutions to improve project efficiency.
