Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional customer support through voice, assisting with inquiries, complaints, and product/service information.
Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and first-call resolution.
Eligibility Criteria :
Freshers or candidates with prior experience in BPO/voice process roles are welcome to apply
Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 (undergraduates are eligible
Strong verbal communication skills in English are Mandatory.
Willingness to work in night shifts
