**Candidate should be able to speak/read/understand both Hindi and English language.

Graduation: Any grad except law/diploma is eligible
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs (previous exp. in voice roles)
Work location: Hyderabad (Only work from office)Languages known: Hindi+English
Shifts: Flexible with any shift
Mandatory documents to carry: 2 Passport size photographs (One photograph to be pasted on resume), 2 copy of resume, Original Aadhar card
ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer queries and customer’s concernProvide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
Minimum qualifications
Graduate (Any Discipline except Law/diploma)Freshers are eligible
