Role: Support clients (U.S., Dubai, etc.) with product/service or technical issues via non-voice channels.
Who Can Apply:
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Freshers or Experienced (min. 6 months in international non-voice process).Undergraduates/Graduates living within 25 km of Hyderabad office.
Comfortable with 24/7 shifts, 5-day work week, and office-based work.
Immediate joiners only (no out-of-station or pursuing education candidates).
