What You’ll Do:
- Teach students aged 4-50 (primarily K8 learners in junior/senior levels, but with opportunities for broader age groups) using PlanetSpark’s interactive, tech-powered content.
- Conduct 1:1 virtual sessions (typically 4 classes/day, about 4 hours) focusing on real-world skills like storytelling, debates, and persuasive speaking.
- Provide feedback to students, parents, and our learning team to track progress and ensure fun, effective outcomes.
- Work part-time or full-time from home, with flexible schedules to fit your lifestyle.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree (no specific field required).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in English tutoring, teaching, or related roles. Fresh enthusiasm counts, but hands-on experience helps!
- Skills: Excellent English fluency (spoken and written), strong communication, ability to engage diverse learners, and comfort with online tools. Passion for education is a must—no prior tech expertise needed, as we provide training.
- Other: Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a positive, motivating attitude. We’re open to candidates from anywhere, with some roles preferring specific locations like Gurgaon or Pune.
