Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle international voice process for clients in countries like the U.S., Dubai, etc.
• Provide product/service support or technical support to resolve customer issues via calls.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Reside within a 25-km radius of the office.
• Open to freshers and experienced candidates (minimum 8 months in international voice process for experienced).
• Both undergraduates and graduates can apply.
• Comfortable with 24/7 shifts and rotational week-offs (5-day workweek).
• Immediate joiners only; no work-from-home or virtual interviews.
• Out-of-station candidates and those pursuing education are not eligible.
• Two-way cab facility provided for night shifts within 25 km of the office.
