Job Opening: International Voice Process (Night Shift) – Work From Home
Role: Voice-based customer support for international clients (phone, email & chat).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues quickly
Maintain high customer satisfaction & quality standards
Work in 24×7 rotational shifts (including nights)
Requirements:
Excellent English communication (verbal + written)Minimum 6 months international BPO voice process experience
Good problem-solving & interpersonal skills
Comfortable with rotational shifts
Basic MS Office knowledge + decent typing & computer skills
Team player with proactive attitude
Location Eligibility (WFH but must stay within): Only candidates living within 1.5 km from nearest railway station in these areas:
Central Line: Kalyan to Sion
Harbour Line: Wadala to Panvel (excluding Taloja & Sukhapur)
Western Line: Chandivali & Mira Road (via Golden Nest Circle, Ghodbunder Road)Shift & Off:24×7 rotational shifts (night shifts included)2 rotational weekly offs
