- Experience: 0-5 years in a similar role (customer support or voice process).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bengali, Nepali, and French (French language interpretation required for French-speaking customers).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Work Schedule: 24/7 shifts (flexibility required).
- Education: Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or Graduation.
- Work Arrangement: Work from home.
