– **Eligibility:** Any graduate (except law)
– **Experience:** Freshers only
– **Work Location:** Hyderabad (Work from office only)
– **Shifts:** Open to any shift
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Uphold quality standards by providing accurate resolutions
– Review content and resolve issues based on set guidelines
– Identify trends and escalate concerns promptly
– Offer insights to enhance user support
– Stay well-versed in processes and policies
– Deliver exceptional customer service
– Be prepared for a 24/7 schedule with rotating shifts, reviewing potentially sensitive or disturbing online content, including (but not limited to) graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.
**What We’re Looking For:**
– **Minimum Qualification:** Any graduate (except law)
