Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support to international clients through phone calls, emails, and chats.
Handle customer queries related to products, services, and orders in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues efficiently by troubleshooting problems and escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.Desired Candidate Profile1-2 years of experience in International BPO or similar industry.Fluent English language skills with excellent communication abilities.
Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings (US shift).
