Eligibility Criteria
- Experience:
- Freshers or candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process
- Languages:
- Fluent in Hindi and English (both mandatory)
- Education:
- Must be a graduate
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Personal laptop or desktop
- Stable Wi-Fi connection
- Proper power backup at home for uninterrupted work
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required
- Reliable home setup for remote work (laptop/desktop, Wi-Fi, power backup)
