Job Description: Blinkit Customer Care Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues through phone, chat, and email.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and efficient order resolution.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills required.
  • Education: Open to graduates and undergraduates.
  • Work Arrangement: Permanent Work From Home (WFH).
  • Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
  • Technical Requirements:
    • Laptop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and Windows 10 (mandatory).
    • Stable Wi-Fi connection (mandatory).
  • Training: On-the-job training provided.
  • Work Schedule:
    • 6 days working with 1 rotational week-off.
    • 9-hour shift (8 hours for production, 1 hour for split breaks).
  • Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹20,000 CTC per month.
