Job Description: Blinkit Customer Care Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues through phone, chat, and email.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and efficient order resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills required.
- Education: Open to graduates and undergraduates.
- Work Arrangement: Permanent Work From Home (WFH).
- Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Technical Requirements:
- Laptop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and Windows 10 (mandatory).
- Stable Wi-Fi connection (mandatory).
- Training: On-the-job training provided.
- Work Schedule:
- 6 days working with 1 rotational week-off.
- 9-hour shift (8 hours for production, 1 hour for split breaks).
- Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹20,000 CTC per month.
