Job Description Summary: International Voice & Non-Voice Process (Hybrid – WFH)

Process: International Voice & Non-Voice (handling clients from the U.S., Dubai, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week with rotational week-offs, 24/7 shifts

Joining: Immediate joiners only

Role & Responsibilities

Handle non-voice processes (e.g., email, chat, SMS) and voice processes for international clients.
Provide product/service support or technical support to resolve customer issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Eligibility:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Reside within 25 km of the office.
- Minimum 8 months of experience in international non-voice processes (for experienced candidates).
- Both undergraduates and graduates can apply.
- Comfortable working from the office (no virtual interviews).
- Not pursuing education or located out-of-station.
Work Requirements:
- Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners only.
Transport:
- Two-way cab facility provided for night shifts (within 25 km of office).
