Job Role & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for Swiggy support.Resolve customer queries related to orders, delivery, refunds, and complaints.
Provide accurate and timely information with professional communication.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Walkin Interview Timing : 10am to 2pm
