Job Summary:
The role involves providing exceptional customer support to global telecom customers via chat. Candidates will handle queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced, non-voice environment. Strong written communication and multitasking skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple customer chats concurrently to resolve inquiries.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and professional responses adhering to etiquette.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (any discipline; B.E./B.Tech/Masters freshers excluded).
- Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Typing speed: Minimum 25 WPM with accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work rotational shifts.
