Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify online content, including checking images and matching them with official websites for authenticity.
  • Validate content against platform guidelines and websites to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and understand sensitive content, such as non-family-safe material (e.g., explicit, harmful, or inappropriate items).
  • View, rate, and classify content based on criteria like brand names, associated websites, safety levels, and overall quality.
  • Apply sound judgment while moderating, maintaining objectivity and neutrality regardless of content type.
  • Collaborate on escalations, provide feedback, and contribute to process improvements for community safety.

Skills Required:
