ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic Field Recruiter to drive bulk hiring for our operations.

You will be responsible for end-to-end hiring of blue collar roles and ensuring timely manpower fulfilment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Source, screen and hire Sorters, TLs and other blue collar roles

Conduct walk-ins, mobilization drives and field recruitment

Ensure timely closure of bulk hiring requirements

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

REQUIREMENTS

Must have experience in hiring Sorters & TLs

Bulk Hiring & Blue Collar Hiring is a MUST

Should be willing to travel to multiple locations across Hyderabad

Strong communication, sourcing and negotiation skills

Experience in logistics / e-commerce industry is an added advantage

SALARYBest as per industry standards
