Performance Incentives
Job Responsibilities
* Acquire restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, bakeries, QSRs, food kiosks & stalls.
* Conduct **20+ field visits daily** and generate qualified leads.
* Onboard merchants from initial pitch to platform go-live.
* Explain business benefits, commission structure & platform tools.
* Handle KYC, documentation, digital agreements & menu/catalogue setup.
* Achieve daily, weekly & monthly acquisition targets.
* Negotiate and close merchant partnerships.
* Maintain strong relationships with merchant partners.
* Track competitor activities and maintain daily CRM/reporting.
Candidate Eligibility
* Graduate in any discipline
*2–3 years of field sales experience preferred
Experience in **Food Delivery / FMCG / E-commerce / Fintech / Hyperlocal
preferred
* Proven sales/target achievement record*
Good knowledge of local market & territory*
Own Two-Wheeler & Smartphone mandatory***
Valid Driving License mandatory***
Good communication & negotiation skills
Comfortable with extensive field travel
Local language knowledge preferred
