Job Opportunity: Customer Support Representative (Work From Home)

We are excited to offer an excellent Work From Home opportunity as a Customer Support Associate for one of our premium international clients.
Key Requirements – Must Have Your Own Setup:
System: Laptop/Desktop with Core i3 7th Generation or higher processor + minimum 8GB RAM
Webcam: Mandatory (built-in or external)
Internet Speed: Minimum 50 Mbps (stable wired/wireless connection)
Headset: USB headset with good noise-cancellation featurePower Backup: Inverter / UPS (mandatory for uninterrupted work during power cuts)
Role Highlights:Position: Customer Support Associate
Work Mode: 100% Work From Home (WFH)Process
Type: Blended (primarily technical query resolution via voice/chat/email)
Shift Timings: Rotational shifts including day, evening, and night shifts (must be flexible and comfortable with night shifts)
Weekly Off: 6 working days + 1 rotational weekly off
Leave Policy: No casual leaves permitted during the first 3 months of joining
Typing Requirement: Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
Salary: ₹16,000 in-hand | ₹20,000 CTC (approx.)
Date of Joining: 10th February 2026
Candidate Profile (Preferred):Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken, reading, and writing)
Educational background preferably from ICSE/CBSE boards; graduates or undergraduates (BA, BBA, BBM, or any stream)
Freshers are welcome to apply
Experienced candidates must have at least 6 months of prior experience with valid supporting documents
Both undergraduates and graduates are eligible
