Job Description: The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a call and provide resolution accordingly.
Requirements:
1. Provide support and resolve issues via call and other electronic communication.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills.
3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
4. Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
Voice Salary Structure: 19k to 28K (Take home Salary after deductions)
DOJ: 21th November 2025
Age Criteria: 18years-37years

Job Details:
1. Rotational US Shifts (Midnight shifts as well)
2. 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday)
3. Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
4. Educational certificates are mandatory.
5. Must be flexible to work from office.
