Role Overview
The role involves handling international voice and non-voice processes for clients, primarily from the U.S., Dubai, and other countries. Responsibilities include providing product and service support or technical support to resolve customer issues via voice, email, chat, or SMS.

- Handle communication through voice and non-voice channels (email, chat, SMS).
- Deliver high-quality customer support for international clients.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education: Both undergraduates and graduates are eligible.
- Experience:
- Freshers can apply for voice/non-voice roles.
- Minimum 8 months of experience in international non-voice processes for experienced candidates.
- Skills:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in voice, email, chat, or SMS support.
- Location: Must reside within 25 km of the office.
- Availability:
- Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts and working from the office.
