Job Description: Work-from-Home Customer Support
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide customer care support.
- Handle queries in the electrical support queue.
- Work in a blended process environment (combining customer service and technical support).
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Must have knowledge of gadgets.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum education level: Intermediate (e.g., 12th grade or equivalent).
- Immediate joiners only.
System Requirements:
- Candidate must have their own system.
- Stable Wi-Fi connection and power backup.
- Minimum system specs: i3 processor, 16GB RAM.
