Job Designation: Associate Customer Support (Work from Home)

Mandatory Criteria:

Communication Skills: Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi to effectively handle customer interactions.

Education: A minimum qualification of Higher Secondary (12th standard) is required.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO environment is preferred; however, freshers are also eligible to apply.

Work Timing: The role operates on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule to ensure continuous customer support.

Week Off: Rotational week off, with a 5-day working week.

Salary Disbursement: Salary will be provided from the first day of employment.

Contract Duration: The position is contractual and valid until October 30th.

Interview Structure:

The selection process is designed to evaluate candidates thoroughly and consists of the following stages:

HR Round: Conducted via video call. Candidates must present their Aadhar card, which is mandatory for work-from-home roles.

Typing Test: Candidates are required to achieve a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute (WPM) with at least 90% accuracy.

Versant Test: A score of 4 or above is mandatory to assess English language proficiency.

Premap Test: Candidates must successfully complete this assessment.

Client Round: A final round with the client, where a hard copy of the Aadhar card is mandatory.

System Specifications for Work-from-Home Setup:

To ensure smooth operations, candidates must have access to the following system specifications:

Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11.

RAM: A minimum of 8GB or higher.

Processor: The system must be equipped with either an Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor (or above).

Headset: A USB noise-canceling headset is mandatory to maintain clear communication during customer interactions.

Documents Required:

Candidates must submit the following documents for verification:

Aadhar Card: Mandatory, with the complete date of birth clearly visible.

PAN Card: Mandatory for all candidates.

E-Aadhar: Mandatory for verification purposes.

Educational Certificates: Mark sheets for 10th and 12th standards are mandatory.

Experience Documents (applicable for candidates with prior experience):

Experience letter from previous employers.

Offer letter from the most recent employer.

Last three months’ payslips.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary structure is tailored based on the candidate’s experience level:

For Freshers (Work from Home): Annual CTC of ₹1,79,447, with an approximate monthly in-hand salary of ₹12,700.

For Experienced Candidates (Work from Home): Annual CTC of ₹2,09,447, with an approximate monthly in-hand salary of ₹14,900.

Additional Benefits: Employees are eligible for ESIC (Employees’ State Insurance Corporation) and PF (Provident Fund) benefits, ensuring financial security and compliance with labor regulations.
