Greetings from Teleperformance!We are hiring for our premium international client in a technical customer support role.
Role Highlights:Work Mode: 100% Work From Home (candidate must use their own system)
Process: Blended (handling technical queries via voice/chat/email)
Shifts: Rotational shifts including day & complete night shifts – must be fully comfortable
Work Schedule: 6 days/week with 1 rotational weekly off
Note: No casual leaves allowed in the first 3 months
Date of Joining: 10th January 2026Salary: ₹16,000 in-hand | ₹20,000 CTC
Mandatory System Requirements (Own setup required):Laptop/PC: Core i3 7th Gen or higher + 8GB RAM minimum
Webcam/Camera: Mandatory
Internet: Minimum 50 Mbps stable speed
Headset: USB with good noise cancellation
Inverter/UPS: Mandatory (for power backup)Key Requirements:Excellent English + Hindi communication (spoken, reading & writing)Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
Preferred education: ICSE/CBSE background, BA/BBA/BBM, etc.Open to freshers and experienced candidates
