💰 Salary Structure

• Base Salary: ₹12k -15k Per Month
• Retention Bonus: ₹5,000/month (paid after contract closure)
• Total Potential: ~₹17,000/month

💼 Job Requirements

• Shifts: Round-the-clock (24/7) rotational shifts.
• Work Schedule: 5 days working with 2 rotational weekly offs.
• Eligibility: Candidates pursuing regular education courses are not eligible.

🎓 Qualifications

• Education: Intermediate (10+2), 10+3 (Diploma), or Graduation (any stream).
• Experience: 0-5 years (freshers welcome!).
• Age: 18–35 years.
