💰 Salary Structure

Base Salary: ₹12k -15k Per Month
Retention Bonus: ₹5,000/month (paid after contract closure)
Total Potential: ~₹17,000/month

Work Mode: Open to Work-from-Home (WFH) or Work-from-Office (WFO).

💼 Job Requirements

Shifts: Round-the-clock (24/7) rotational shifts.
Work Schedule: 5 days working with 2 rotational weekly offs.
Eligibility: Candidates pursuing regular education courses are not eligible.

🎓 Qualifications

Education: Intermediate (10+2), 10+3 (Diploma), or Graduation (any stream).
Experience: 0-5 years (freshers welcome!).
Age: 18–35 years.

📋 Interview Process

Personal Introduction Round (PIR): Showcase your communication skills.
Second Level Screening: Likely a deeper dive into your fit for the role.
Tool Assessment: Test your tech-savviness (possibly chat/voice tools).
ACM Round: Final round (may involve scenario-based or client-facing skills).
