Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Minimum 10+2 (Any stream). Graduates/Postgraduates eligible.
- Experience: Freshers can apply. Candidates with BPO experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
- Work Flexibility: Comfortable with night shifts and flexible schedules/weekends off.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹3,85,000 to ₹4,56,750 per annum.
- Additional Benefits:
- Zeta Meal Card: ₹1,100/month (₹13,200/year).
- Health Insurance: Up to ₹5,00,000 coverage.
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹150 per shift.
- Overtime Allowance: As per business requirements.
- Work Schedule: 5-day workweek with 2 consecutive days off (subject to change based on business needs).
