Job description
Designation-Customer Support Associate (CSA).
Contractual (90 days)
Job Profile-Have to resolve customers query Voice Call
System Requirements
Minimum Win 10 needed with 10GB ram and above.
i5, 7gen or above processor mandatory
Proper Internet connection. (30MBPS)
Mandatory Criteria-
Min HS Passed
Fresher & Experience (Min 12 months) both can apply.
Excellent verbal communication skill in Assamese and English without major MTI for Voice process.
Customer Orientation.
Ready to work on 24/7 Shifts.
No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining.
10 hours of the day, 9 hrs. work and 1 hour break.
5 days working
Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy.

Payouts
–Salary for Fresher – 13000/
Salary for minimum 1 Year experience candidate – 15000/
100% fixed salary.
